HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
We suggest you remove your jewelry while showering, swimming and exercising. Please avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products as they contain chemicals and oils that can increase the wear on your pieces. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, this can affect the finishing.
CAN I SHOWER OR SWIM WITH MY JEWELRY?
For best care, do not shower or swim with your items. Keep them in a cool dry place and remove before bathing.
If the jewelry is exposed to any of the above, it is always best to dry the piece before storing to preserve quality/vibrancy
WHAT SHOULD I USE TO CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
For best cleaning we recommend using warm water and then polish and dry with a jewelry safe cloth to avoid scratching.
MY JEWELRY IS TURNING COLOR, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
Every person’s unique skin-oils react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for your skin's reaction to our products. Gold Plated jewelry will turn naturally over time, and there is no way to reverse this. You can prolong the life of your Elani pieces by following our care recommendations.
DOES ELANI OFFER REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS?
Elani does not offer repairs. However, if your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at info@elanistudio.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review
PROCESSING
Please allow 1 to 3 days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time frame may vary during sale season and new drops due to high order volume.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard 10$ flat rate on all orders worldwide. Free when spent over 100$ .
Express shipping - 30$ - Free when spent over 250$. Will arrive to your country in 5-7 business days.
Please note- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply by their home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return/exchange an unworn item, please email info@elanistudio.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s). please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.

Please note that for international returns, the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring your package and contacting customer service (info@elanistudio.com) with tracking details once shipped.
Refunds will be processed once received and inspected at our office. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Products must be returned in original condition for the return to be processed.
Elani reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.
Any products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order. Please allow up to 72 hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued.
Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation.
Elani is not responsible for lost/damaged returned packages.
Orders past that time frame will not be accepted for any forms of returns.
